• Responsible for the design/development of Power BI Dashboards • Work with business client to determine reporting requirements • Ensure business rules are accurately captured • Create unit test conditions, scripts, and data for Power BI • Build and test Power BI reports with Databricks based data according to design and IT performance standards • Resolve report issues identified by the test team during integration test and by the client during customer acceptance test • Transition code to maintenance team after production release • Update and maintain report documents (eg: report designs) • Communicate status of tasks to project lead/manager • Alert project lead/manager of potential issues and risks

• Work with business clients and ProcureAbility staff to understand the analytical objectives for each project and secure the data necessary to achieve those objectives • Design and document data extraction, preparation, and ingestion tasks and data flow • Design, develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Alteryx • Identify and resolve data challenges with internal and external stakeholders • Conduct design reviews and participate in QA functions for our information delivery application(s) • Develop validation processes to ensure data accuracy across various dashboards and reports • Identify and provide recommendations for areas of automation, optimization, and growth • Support specific product roadmap development activities as assigned

• Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, understand challenges, and collaborate to define and implement solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and align with organisational goals. • Analyse how the technology integrates into the customer's business processes and technical infrastructure, define the impact on the operating model and users, understand data acquisition/pre-processing needs, and work with technical teams to deliver these requirements. • Assist and guide the customer on the technical implementation and configuration of client-side components. • Take ownership of or contribute to project management, ensuring multiple implementation work-streams are delivered on time and within budget. • Support organizational change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through technology adoption, facilitating understanding of the platform's value, and ensuring smooth integration. • Lead internal teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with the software development team by providing insights on customer feature requirements. • Assist the sales team during selected pre-sales activities with customer demonstrations and contribute to or lead proof-of-concept initiatives. • Facilitate high-level technical landscape and architecture discussions.
