Lead BI Developer
Launch Potato
• Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties. • Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days. • Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days. • Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter. • Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month. • Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1.
Job Requirements
- Experience BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure.
- Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries.
- Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency.
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing.
