Title: Tribe Manager Location: North Macedonia - Skopje Hybrid Full time Job Description: Aristocrat Interactive, a leading technology and platform provider in the iGaming industry, is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. We are currently looking for a Tribe Lead to join our collaborative and forward-thinking delivery team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding a group of development teams (a "tribe") operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks. You will lead both managers and engineers, driving alignment, delivery excellence, and team performance. If you are a strong people leader who thrives in a strategic, high-impact role, this could be a great fit for you. This position is a hybrid role based in Skopje, with 3 days per week onsite. What You'll Do - Manage a "development community" comprising scrum masters, team leads, developers, and testers organized in SCRUM teams. - Serve as a problem solver, prioritizing and resolving issues that arise during the development process, providing a focal point for your "group." - Coordinate the team's SDLC, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery with superb quality. - Apply KPI-based management to track and maintain each team's performance, continually improving using these metrics. - Mentor project leads and agile facilitators in embracing the scrum methodology and advancing their maturity. - Cultivate positive relationships with collaborators, framework users, and program owners, improving transparency and communication. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in managing software development teams, with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies. - Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget. - Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and solve issues efficiently. - Strong understanding of SDLC and experience managing it in a fast-paced environment. - Shown proficiency in using and refining critical metrics to drive team performance. - Experience coaching and mentoring team leads and scrum masters to improve their skills. - Excellent communication abilities to establish and uphold positive connections with collaborators. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and encourage your team to achieve ambitious goals. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable. - Certification in SCRUM or Agile methodologies is a plus.
