• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations for the small business users. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets. • Identify opportunities to streamline bookkeeping processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls. • Stay current with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with all reporting requirements. • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing financial expertise and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a focus on general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in common bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and excitement to learn the company’s bookkeeping software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LTSS Service Coordinator - RN Clinician to join our team. Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with individuals with chronic illnesses, co-morbidities, and/or disabilities in a Service Coordinator, Case Management, or similar role. - Current, unrestricted RN license in Indiana. - MA/MS in Health/Nursing preferred. - State-specified certification based on state law and/or contract may be required. - Training, expertise, and experience in providing case management and care coordination services for individuals, including specialized populations such as older adults and/or individuals with physical or developmental disabilities and/or individuals determined to have a serious mental illness (SMI). - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
