Role Description As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and administration of competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation programs that align with the organization’s business strategy. In this role you will: - Support HR teams in implementing and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and engage talent. - Execute the market pricing process, ensuring control points for positions remain competitive within relevant markets. - Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to determine best market matches, developing recommendations accordingly. - Administer the annual salary review and increase processes. - Contribute to collective bargaining preparation by researching competitive wage data for union positions and analyzing the cost impact of various proposals. - Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws, including job classification under FLSA, and maintain accurate records across all relevant systems. This position offers a remote schedule with some occasional travel for meetings/conferences. Role Overview As the Performance Analyst, you’ll have a big mission. Responsible for assuring the Company’s standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered.
