Senior Data Engineer

Recharge

• Build data pipeline, ELT and infrastructure solutions • Create automated monitoring, auditing and alerting processes • Work with business and application teams to implement data strategies • Design, develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes • Improve operations, monitoring and performance of data warehouse • Influence and communicate with stakeholders • Redesign and optimize existing data processes using AI • Live by and champion company values

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a data engineering related role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building data pipelines and models
  • Experience with data warehouse, data lake and enterprise data management platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
  • Experience building data pipelines powering external and internal analytics applications
  • Solid grasp to data warehousing methodologies like Kimball and Inmon
  • Experience with ETL tools (FiveTran, dbt, Python)
  • Experience with workflow orchestration management engines such as Airflow
  • Hands on experience with Data Infra tools like Kubernetes, Docker
  • Expert proficiency in SQL
  • Strong Python proficiency
