Site Reliability Engineer, AWS

HRM Group

• Will apply Site Reliability Engineering principles in complex cloud environments on AWS, contributing to the automation of operational tasks, incident management, and continuous improvement of the platform. • The role includes overseeing monitoring and observability, defining SLOs/SLIs, supporting release processes, and collaborating with development teams to reduce toil and increase service resilience.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in SRE / DevOps / Cloud Engineer roles
  • Strong expertise in AWS, with hands-on use of core services (EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, Load Balancing, IAM)
  • Experience managing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Implementation and management of monitoring and observability (metrics, logging, alerting)
  • Definition and monitoring of SLOs, SLIs and SLAs
  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent tools)
  • Use of CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes
  • Good knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Ability to program or write scripts (Python, Bash, Go or similar)
  • Good command of the English language (B2 level).
