• Design visually compelling, responsive website layouts and landing pages. • Create UI/UX designs optimized for intuitive user journeys across all device types. • Optimize site architecture, content structure, and technical elements for SEO. • Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance (speed, accessibility, conversion). • Implement design solutions compatible with Nextcloud templates, theming, and integrations. • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, usability standards, and SEO practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual consistency and brand identity. • Provide graphics, icons, and assets for UI elements and web components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Web Design, UI/UX, or a similar role
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
- Experience in compliant, privacy-centric behavioral analytics frameworks to derive actionable insights for optimized user journey design.
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends.
- Performance-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
