• Design and develop visually compelling e-commerce websites using HTML and CSS • Build and maintain websites within our OneShop platform • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective digital solutions • Ensure all websites are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards • Create supporting graphic assets for web (banners, promotions, landing pages, etc.) • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability • Continuously stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging web technologies

• Manage and update the Magento website on a daily basis • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visual content • Ensure site content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs • Improve website layout, navigation flow, and overall user experience • Optimize product pages and landing pages to increase conversion rates • Identify and implement design enhancements that improve usability and performance • Create and edit visual assets such as banners and product visuals • Maintain consistency by working within existing brand guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams to execute design ideas • Work alongside developers on technical implementations • Execute light front-end changes independently when possible • Leverage tools, including AI-assisted tools, to improve efficiency • Identify opportunities to improve site performance and user journey • Support ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives

• Design high-converting visual assets for website, landing pages, paid ads, and organic social channels. • Translate doola’s brand guidelines into performance-oriented, conversion-focused creative while maintaining brand consistency. • Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data, user behavior insights, and ongoing creative testing. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to meet aggressive growth and campaign timelines. • Maintain and organize a scalable library of templates and creative assets for cross-team use.

• Create and update websites using Squarespace / Wordpress • Do quality checks and edits of newly built websites • Address basic queries (e.g., about the services, promotions, etc.) • Create new website templates for a wider selection of designs • Research current design trends to keep the team updated with industry best practices on website building • Implement basic SEO strategies based on customer needs • Escalate complex inquiries to your manager • Execute basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, folder update, updating tags)
