• Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with Go1 Content Partners. • Taking ownership of partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing operational rollout to ensure precision and excellence. • Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners. • Managing a portfolio of Content Partners in your region, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Go1’s strategic goals. • Guiding partners through the onboarding process by coordinating internal stakeholders. • Driving continuous improvement in partner success processes and best practices. • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance and operational efficiency. • Contributing to complex commercial negotiations and delivering strategic value to both partners and the organisation. • Working collaboratively across partner functions to identify and implement opportunities for success.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years in partnership or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication abilities, including listening, persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration.
- High-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex relationships.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
- Analytical skills to uncover trends and insights from data.
- Experience working with CRM and reporting tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and engage relevant internal stakeholders as needed.
- A background working in or alongside B2B sales functions is a plus.

The Job Brief: The Content Production Specialist is a cross-functional role responsible for creating, developing, and producing content across three core areas of the division: Online Learning, Information Technology, and Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on producer and content creator who can move fluidly between building eLearning courses, writing technical documentation, and supporting communications projects — bringing consistency, quality, and efficiency to each area. This position also provides limited administrative support to the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer. The Content Production Specialist reports to the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer. A Typical Day: Responsibilities: Online Learing & Course Production - Edit and produce videos for on-demand learning, including post-production editing, captioning, and formatting for online delivery. - Convert recorded webinars into polished on-demand courses using tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline. - Build and produce online course content from completed instructional design blueprints provided by subject matter experts or course designers, bringing the structure and materials to life in the appropriate authoring tool. - Develop on-demand learning content from materials provided by subject matter experts, including handouts, presentation decks, and notes, in accordance with established course blueprints. - Ensure all online learning content meets Section 508 accessibility standards, including captioning, alt text, and accessible navigation. - Create and manage on-demand events in the association management system (Dynamics 365), including registration setup and event configuration. IT Knowledge Base & Content - Write clear, accurate how-to guides and instructional articles for the organization's knowledge base, covering a range of internal systems and software. - Create and maintain content on NAAG Central, the organization's employee intranet, ensuring information is current, well-organized, and easy to navigate. - Collaborate with the IT team to gather technical information and translate it into accessible, user-friendly documentation for staff at all levels. Role Description Do you have experience leading content strategy across a broad range of channels and using audience insight and user research to shape content? Would you like to help end the devastation caused by dementia by shaping how we tell our story, ensuring our content supports dementia support, fundraising, campaigning and awareness? We are recruiting for a Strategic Content Lead to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role, with occasional travel required for in-person team meetings and events. As Strategic Content Lead, you will: - Champion our strategic, organisation-wide approach to content. - Develop and lead a clear content strategy that aligns with our overall vision and content principles. - Ensure everything we create is consistent, accessible and focused on delivering impact for our audiences. - Evolve how we deliver content, embedding modern content design practices, accessibility standards and new tools and technologies across digital, print and wider media channels. - Drive a channel-neutral approach that brings together subject matter experts, marketing and communications teams, and channel owners. - Work collaboratively across teams to ensure content is well-governed, planned, created and used effectively. - Use insight, data and user research to develop a deep understanding of our audiences.
