Role Description Всім привіт! Ми Ed-Tech стартап на етапі активного скейла і зараз збираємо зіркову команду саппортерів, щоб побудувати in-house підтримку з нуля. Шукаємо того/ту, хто любить швидкий темп, чує користувача і тримає метрики під контролем. На тебе чекають швидкі рішення, багато відповідальності та простір для ініціатив. Якщо ти вмієш наводити лад у хаосі, швидко розбираєшся в кейсах і пояснюєш складне простими словами — тоді це метч! Які виклики чекають: - Бути голосом і обличчям RiseGuide для користувачів, відповідь на запити клієнтів через email та чати, в майбутньому через телефоні дзвінки. Працювати у змінному графіку (включно з нічними змінами) та виконувати KPI; - Покращувати процеси підтримки: від дрібних змін у макросах до тестування та запуску нових інструментів і флоу; - Занурюватися у продукт глибше, ніж будь-хто інший: швидко опановувати всі флоу підтримки, знаходити слабкі місця та допомагати робити сервіс ще зручнішим і ефективнішим. Qualifications - 3+ місяців досвіду у Customer Support, також розглянемо кандидатів з суміжних доменів; - Вільна англійська (B2+) — комфортне письмове й усне спілкування з користувачами по всьому світу; - Увага до деталей при зборі інформації для ескалації складних запитів до відповідних команд (технічної підтримки, продуктового та лігал відділів); - Емпатія та клієнтоорієнтованість — навіть у складних ситуаціях ти залишаєш користувача з позитивним досвідом; - Швидка адаптивність — нові флоу, інструменти чи процеси ти сприймаєш як виклик, а не як перешкоду. Requirements - Бажано, але не обов`язково: знання Zendesk; - Розуміння ключових метрик підтримки: First Response Time, Resolution Time, CSAT — вміння впливати на них через свою роботу. About the Role - This role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team and supports high-volume, multi-market hiring. - You are responsible for keeping hiring operations structured, accurate, and moving fast. - The role is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail. - You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally. - Success is measured by speed, accuracy, and candidate experience. What You’ll Be Doing - Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently. - Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback. - Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback. - Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates. - Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early. - Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow. What You’ll Need - 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations. - Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. - Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Comfort working with global teams across different time zones. Nice to Have - Experience supporting high-volume hiring. - Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools. - Exposure to job posting optimisation or recruitment metrics. - Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations. - Fresh graduates with strong execution ability are welcome.
