About the role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our core AI features at Fireflies. This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate on AI outputs, and continuously improve the user experience. What you’ll do - Own and improve core AI features like daily digest and meeting summaries - Build and iterate on AI apps/use-cases on top of Fireflies data - Drive prompt engineering efforts to improve output quality and reliability - Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate based on feedback - Define and track key product metrics (usage, engagement, output quality) - Continuously experiment, test, and improve AI experiences What we’re looking for - 2–4 years of experience in a high growth startup.
