This role is crucial for our company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in new business development within emerging or unexplored markets.   You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, building strong client relationships, and developing tailored business strategies that align with our company goals. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EV charging industry new market acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Strongly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Nordrhein-Westfalen based and ability to travel across Germany as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
