The Work We are seeking a Cyber Resiliency Manager to join our team as the primary interface and lead for Cyber Resiliency Engineers across multiple RMS programs. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cyber Resiliency Engineers, guiding the development and implementation of cyber resiliency tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and implementing 1LMX and Cyber Resiliency Strategic Initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: • Support Program Metrics and technology roadmaps, ensuring Cyber capabilities are delivered on time and on budget. • Providing accurately and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs. • Standardization and consistent application of Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools. • Ensure tight program coordination, providing expertise in technical development and responding to proposal efforts. • Standardize processes, methods, techniques, and tools for Cyber Resiliency across programs. • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs. Other Responsibilities: • Implement cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies.
