Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness. - 5+ years of experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders in large organizations. - ICF Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC). - Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs independently. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications - Certifications in CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry tools (KF4D, KFLPS, Leadership 360). - Prior leadership experience (people leadership or significant cross-functional leadership). - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,000 - 180,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. The MH and Justice Coordinator will operate as part of the Office of Mental Health and Justice Programs team to ensure programmatic operations, compliance and provide oversight to the Jail In-Reach Programs and other Specialty programs as assigned.
