• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships. • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems. • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

• The CTMS Support Analyst 2 works within the Clinical Trials Management Team. • The team oversees and facilitates the use of the system in conjunction with clinical research at OHSU. • The team ensures compliance with OHSU policies and procedures to accurately track all patient activity when involved in clinical research. • This position supports OHSU’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), known more broadly as the Clinical Research Management System (CRMS). • Assessing and analyzing new study creation, activation, and post-activation processes for clinical research studies. • Enter financial study information in the CTMS. • Review new study creation and proposed changes, communicate directly with personnel. • Respond to incoming questions and perform analytical tasks. • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to research. • Conduct validation of data in the CTMS production and staging environments.

• Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python; • Manipulate, explore, and analyze large datasets using Python; • Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making; • Identify improvements and propose solutions; • Define the success metrics to be monitored and conduct experiments to validate impact; • Interpret analytical results, evaluating their consistency, relevance, and business impact; • Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights tailored to different audiences, including clients across segments and internal teams. • Serve as a technical reference, supporting the development of other professionals.
