Job Description

Administrative Assistant – Business Unit CISOs

• Manage complex executive calendars; schedule, prioritize, and resolve conflicts • Coordinate domestic/international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expenses • Prepare and format presentations, briefings, and reports • Handle confidential information with discretion • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments • Plan and coordinate team meetings, all-hands, offsites, and events • Manage recurring meetings and cross-functional updates • Support onboarding, including access, tools, and communications • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders • Maintain organized document repositories and collaboration spaces • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking

Job Requirements

  • AA/AS Degree (or other 2 year post high school training) with a minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or engineering environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and anticipate needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal tact.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT operations, or regulated industry environments.
  • Comfort working across a global and matrixed organization.
