Location: Remote - DowntownDepartment: CBO Customer ServiceWeekly Hours: 40Status: Full timeShift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: POSITION SUMMARY If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer. You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection. You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions. This position is key to enhancing the patient experience at ProMedica. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develops on-going knowledge of WellDyne’s varied data sources and structures to independently take in business requirements, design and execute on requests. - Models and tracks pharmacy savings on a monthly basis and makes recommendations, as needed. - Supports WellDyne’s need to support Employer Groups and Sales by collaborating on RFP’s to grow business.
