JOB SUMMARY The Senior Business Analyst plays an integral role on the Revenue Cycle Operations (RCO) Strategic Initiatives Team, supporting enterprise strategy, analytics, and optimization efforts. This team drives high-impact initiatives focused on improving operational performance, integrating business systems, and aligning organizational goals with data-informed decision-making. As part of the Strategic Initiatives Team, this role is expected to take a strategic, end-to-end view of the revenue cycle and deliver actionable insights that influence key decisions. The Sr. Business Analyst independently translates business challenges into structured analysis, proactively monitors performance, and supports scalable solutions across the organization. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who can combine strong technical acumen, business intelligence skills, and strategic thinking to drive performance and measurable outcomes. The Sr. Business Analyst will drive workflow optimization and operational improvements: Developing a deep understanding of processes and data flows across all aspects of the operation, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training. Supporting continuous improvement efforts managed by the RCO leadership team. Building strong stakeholder and client relationships and find opportunities to better support their business objectives. Supporting project initiatives managed by the team, including understanding business requirements and desired business outcomes, developing actionable plans and implementing solutions. You will: - Serve as a critical contributor on the RCO Strategic Initiatives Team, helping lead key projects that improve workflows, financial performance, and system alignment across the revenue cycle. - Develop a deep understanding of cross-functional processes and business objectives to drive enterprise initiatives and strategic outcomes. - Support high-priority strategic projects by identifying gaps, developing metrics, analyzing business impacts, and helping implement sustainable solutions. - Collaborate across RCO, finance, IT, operations, and leadership to align business goals and process improvements. - Track and report on initiative performance and execution milestones for executive and cross-functional stakeholders. - Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to meet departmental and enterprise needs. - Leverage curated datasets and existing data models to provide meaningful insights and data visualizations that support executive decision-making. If You Are: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Accounting. - 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a strategic analytical role. - Advanced proficiency in Power BI (minimum 3 years), with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation. - Strong Excel skills; Looker experience a plus. - Solid understanding of business metrics, KPIs, operational workflows, and healthcare revenue cycle concepts. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and present findings clearly. - Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives, complex projects, or cross-functional transformation efforts Ideal Candidate will possess: - Maintains professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions. - Adheres to all applicable policies and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and RadNet guidelines. - Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors. - Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance. - Follows all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA. Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
