With our innovative software-defined connectivity technology, FloLIVE delivers seamless connectivity management across boundaries. FloLIVE is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to become part of our dynamic and outcome-driven team. The role involves working on a cloud-native Connectivity Management Platform supporting SIM lifecycle management, connectivity control, diagnostics, billing-related workflows, and real-time operational visibility for global IoT use cases. Tech Stack: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / OCI, CI/CD tooling, IaC / automation tooling, monitoring & logging solutions, networking, and production support tooling. Work Environment: The role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to adapt your working hours with the requirement to attend all team meetings. As a qualified expert, You will - Own and support day-to-day DevOps activities across development, staging, and production environments. - Maintain, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. - Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and deployment processes. - Ensure platform stability, availability, performance, and operational readiness in a live production environment. - Monitor infrastructure and application health, investigate alerts, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution. - Support incident response activities, including root cause investigation, recovery actions, and prevention follow-ups. - Work closely with development, QA, and other stakeholders to enable smooth releases and environment reliability. - Improve infrastructure automation, standardization, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and risk. - Maintain system configurations, access controls, deployment procedures, and operational documentation. - Contribute to capacity planning, scalability improvements, security practices, and environment hardening. We’re looking for you if you have: - Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services in at least one major cloud provider. - Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline setup, maintenance, and optimization. - Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices. - Practical experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response in live systems. - Experience supporting multiple environments (dev / staging / production) and release processes. - Scripting / automation skills for operational tasks and process improvement. - Ability to work closely with developers, QA, and client-side stakeholders in a fast-moving delivery environment. - Strong ownership, reliability, communication skills, and readiness to support business-critical production systems. Would be a plus: - Experience in high-availability, distributed, or multi-tenant platforms. - Experience with telecom, connectivity, IoT, or other highly integrated technical domains. - Exposure to production support models, on-call processes, and incident/problem management. - Experience with security hardening, access management, backup/recovery, and compliance-related practices. - Experience optimizing infrastructure cost, performance, and scalability. - Familiarity with release governance, change management, and operational documentation. - Experience mentoring engineers or helping establish DevOps best practices across teams. - Good spoken and written English for direct collaboration in an international environment.
