Job Requirements
- Terraform**: prior hands-on experience (or readiness to close the gap quickly);
- SRE fundamentals**: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems;
- Go/Python**: write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (**Go preferred**);
- Jira Service Management** (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations;
- GCP **Basic: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions. BigQuery;
- Incident recording and participation in resolution;
- Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical); ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product; ability to identify bottlenecks;
- Communication (English B2+):** running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
- Nice to have:**
- Experience with **Google Cloud** (GCF);
- Experience in fintech
- Knowledge of **Kubernetes** components.
