Key Account Manager – Data Centers
Carrier
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers • Develop tailored solutions (one-stop shop: new facilities – chillers & airside systems / controls & service) • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and rapid issue resolution • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets • Acquire new customers, prepare proposals and lead successful negotiations • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Monitor the market and analyze trends, competitors and emerging technologies • Coordinate internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure successful project delivery • Provide regular reporting on project status, sales pipeline and decision-making processes • Work closely with product experts and the technical team • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) is an advantage but not mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, sales or business development — ideally in the data center or technology sector
- Proven experience managing large, complex customer accounts and a demonstrable sales track record
- Solid knowledge of hyperscalers, cloud providers and the data center market
- Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for client meetings and industry events

The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) position is responsible for driving demand for the current and future Dermatology pipeline assets in an assigned territory. Reinforcing the clinical features of the product, engaging and building relationships with clinical decision makers and office support staff, and working in concert with the broader UCB organization to create the best experiences for patients living with severe immunologic diseases.
