As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their accommodation bookings, providing exceptional service and support to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel and accommodation bookings through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. - Provide detailed and accurate information on availability, prices, and booking policies. - Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring accuracy. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction. - Maintain updated records of interactions and bookings in company systems. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and provide consistent service quality.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with reservation and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation assistance will be provided.
