• Accountable to global IT leadership for data engineering solutions. • Collaborate with IT and BU Leaders to understand and address data integration business needs. • Provide analysis of technology and solution approaches and recommend solutions. • Promote excellence within data engineering solutions and project teams. • Guide and monitor work performance of global team supporting 65+ locations. • Drive the implementation of standard methodologies, processes and tools that are scalable. • Develop and maintain documentation, solution design documentation and project deliverables. • Establish and maintain effective communications with IT leadership, team members, stakeholders, and vendor providers.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of extensive experience in data integration, integration platform management, or a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration best practices and cloud technology.
  • Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with database systems and integration platforms (e.g. Azure data factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure API management, Message bus, Kafka, data stream processing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Real-time system integration, APIs and ETL processes.
  • Bachelor (or Master's) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Data Engineering and Cloud Technology (e.g., Azure).
