Forward Deployment Engineer

RedCloud

• Partner directly with enterprise FMCG and supply chain customers to understand their unique challenges • Rapidly prototype and deploy custom solutions using platform capabilities • Build production-ready integrations with customer systems and data sources • Configure and customize data products for specific client workflows • Create reusable accelerators and templates for common FMCG patterns • Train customer teams on platform capabilities and best practices • Influence product roadmap with field insights and customer feedback • Build custom agents and conversational interfaces for specific use cases • Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Node.js, and React
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers
  • Ability to context-switch between multiple customer environments
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with both AWS and GCP platforms
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Understanding of data engineering and ML deployment
  • Self-starter mentality with minimal supervision needed
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • FMCG industry experience (retail, supply chain, manufacturing)
  • Consulting or professional services background
  • Experience with AgentCore and conversational AI deployment
  • Knowledge of common FMCG systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Experience with change management and user adoption
  • Understanding of MCP and A2A protocols
  • Previous Palantir, Databricks, or similar FDE experience
