Responsibilities - Prepare production-ready files for physical products with high accuracy. - Prepare photos, graphics, and type for various print production standards. - Take projects from design to print, ensuring meticulous file setup. - Collaborate with the Creative Director, Production Team Lead, and design team. - Quickly turnaround revisions without compromising quality. - Understand the impact of delays in the product launch process. Qualifications - Ability to prepare files for print-ready manufacturing. - Knowledge of different printing processes such as digital, offset, and flexography. - Familiarity with various types of substrates and finishing techniques. - Ability to adapt layouts while maintaining consistency and alignment with standards. - Clear understanding of color spaces and profiles. - High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. - Maintains high production standards for all assets. Requirements - Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. - Strong grasp of Figma. - Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) is a plus.
