Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI tools and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about leveraging AI (e.g., LLMs, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools) to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to implement intelligent automation systems that scale. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs - Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation - Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal systems for seamless data flow - Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases - Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools - Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments - Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related roles
  • Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API) and prompt engineering
  • Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems
  • Excellent communication skills for working in a remote, global team
  • Experience in SaaS, sales automation, or growth systems is a strong plus
