We manage the entire renovation process under one roof, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and client experience. Location & Requirements This is a remote role based in Latin America. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) Working hours are aligned with US Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup. About the Role This role focuses on managing conversations that directly impact project pipeline quality. You will operate at the intersection of sales, client experience, and project qualification, ensuring that only serious, high-fit clients move forward. This is a structured, communication-heavy role suited for someone who is confident, direct, and comfortable guiding conversations while maintaining control of the qualification process. Job Responsibilities - Handle inbound leads including calls, website inquiries, and referrals with professionalism and clarity - Qualify each opportunity based on budget, scope, timeline, and decision readiness - Disqualify low-fit leads quickly and confidently - Conduct outbound follow-ups with warm leads and past inquiries - Clearly communicate Chapter’s full-service offering and positioning - Book high-quality consultations for the project team - Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline - Ensure all activity is properly tracked in the CRM - Work with the AI development team to improve lead handling and qualification processes - Ensure only qualified leads are passed to the team What Matters - You can guide conversations and ask direct questions without hesitation - You understand how to qualify based on value, not just price - You can filter quickly and protect the team’s time - You stay organized and consistent in follow-through - You communicate clearly and professionally in English Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales, customer success, or call handling - Fluent English with clear and neutral communication - Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls - Ability to qualify leads and guide conversations with structure - Comfortable working with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar - Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup - Availability to work aligned with US Eastern Time business hours - Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets such as conversions or bookings Compensation Base: $1,500 per month plus commission Commission is paid per qualified consultation booked, with additional bonus on closed projects Compensation is tied to quality and conversion, not call volume.
