Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness. - 5+ years of experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders in large organizations. - ICF Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC). - Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs independently. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications - Certifications in CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry tools (KF4D, KFLPS, Leadership 360). - Prior leadership experience (people leadership or significant cross-functional leadership). - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,000 - 180,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
