Job Title Principal Data Analyst Location India, Remote Role Summary The Principal Data Analyst is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for driving data-informed decision making across the organization. You will be part of the Acceleration Insights team, responsible for partnering with business and technology leaders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, with a strong focus on developing and governing scalable solutions using Qlik products. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders, shaping the roadmap of metrics, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic goals. - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense, ensuring they are accurate, performant, and intuitive. - Lead the definition and governance of KPIs, business logic, and data definitions across teams to establish a single source of truth. - Perform advanced analysis (trend, cohort, segmentation, forecasting) and synthesize findings into clear recommendations. - Collaborate closely with data engineering to build data models, semantic layers, and implement data quality standards that support self-service analytics. - Mentor and upskill other analysts and business users on best practices, data storytelling, and effective use of Qlik tools. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency through data and own these initiatives from concept to impact measurement. - Establish and champion best practices in dashboard design, documentation, version control, and change management. - Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Legal, B.A.T. and other functions to support strategic planning, OKRs, and regular business reviews with robust analytics. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). - 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science roles. - Expert-level proficiency in Qlik Sense / QlikView or alternate BI platforms, including data modeling, expressions, and performance tuning. - Strong SQL skills, DBT modelling and demonstrated experience working with data warehouses or lakehouse platforms (preferably Snowflake). - Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes through data. - Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data quality principles. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in AWS cloud data ecosystem. - Experience implementing or supporting self-service BI and data governance frameworks. - Prior experience in a Software/SaaS company will be a plus.

Role Description The Safety & PV Coordinator will be responsible for the following: - Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking of ICSR as required. - Assist in the processing of ICSRs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project/program-specific safety plans. - Triages ICSRs, evaluates ICSR data for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory reportability. - Enters data into safety database. - Codes events, medical history, concomitant medications, and tests. - Compiles complete narrative summaries. - Identifies information to be queried and follows up until information is obtained and queries are satisfactorily resolved. - Assists in the generation of timely, consistent, and accurate reporting of expedited reports in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. - Maintains safety tracking for assigned activities. - Performs literature screening and review for safety, drug coding, maintenance of drug dictionary, MedDRA coding as required. - Validation and Submission of xEVMPD product records, including appropriate coding of indication terms using MedDRA. - Manual recoding of un-recoded product and substance terms arising from ICSRs. - Identification and management of duplicate ICSRs. - Activities related to SPOR / IDMP. - Quality review of ICSRs. - Ensures all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF) as per company SOP/Sponsor requirements for clinical trials and the Pharmacovigilance System Master File for post-marketing programs as appropriate. - Maintains understanding and compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), global drug/biologic/device regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, GVP, project/program plans, and the drug development process. - Fosters constructive and professional working relationships with all project team members, internal and external. - Participates in audits as required/appropriate. - Applies safety reporting regulatory intelligence maintained by Syneos Health to all safety reporting activities.
