Digital Program/Project Manager
New Era Technology
• Program & Project Delivery: Plan and deliver large-scale programs using waterfall methodology while integrating agile execution for technology teams operating in sprints. • Execution & Tracking: Maintain the single source of truth for program status, owning day-to-day task tracking, milestones, and the critical path across geographies. • Global Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between global program leads and local affiliate teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and operating models. • Meeting Governance: Establish and run disciplined meetings using 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) principles to focus on wildly important goals and accountability. • Risk & Scenario Planning: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while leading scenario planning exercises to support senior stakeholder decision-making. • Stakeholder Management: Influence without authority across cross-functional teams and partners with senior commercial and technical leadership to align on strategy.
Job Requirements
- Total Experience: 5+ years of relevant Program / Project Management experience.
- Methodology: Demonstrated "must-have" experience delivering projects using waterfall methodology.
- Scope: Proven track record managing multiple, dependent work streams and global/affiliate cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- PMI PMP certification or equivalent delivery certification.
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- High-level knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Experience running Big Room Planning or equivalent large-scale planning events.
