• Enable the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives by facilitating SAFe practices across an Agile Release Train • Prepare, plan, and lead PI Planning events and follow ‑ through activities • Manage and sequence the ART roadmap to optimize throughput and resource utilization • Identify, escalate, and remove cross ‑ team delivery impediments • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams, product leaders, and stakeholders • Mentor Scrum Masters and ART members to mature Lean ‑ Agile practices • Maintain delivery timelines, milestones, and consistent release cadence

• Monitor and respond to execution alerts/failures (jobs and pipelines), prioritizing by impact and ensuring rapid recovery • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes (preventive and corrective) • Review monitoring reports, map risks, and record actions as PBIs/user stories • Interact with users and teams (collaboration channels), capture gaps, and propose process/platform improvements • Regularly work with Azure (ADF/Databricks), Python, Spark, and Snowflake, including administration and support of routines that did not run as scheduled.

• Assess and evolve Zipline's engineering practices: evaluate CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and developer workflows to surface the highest-impact opportunities, establish DORA baselines, and co-develop a prioritized QE roadmap with engineering leads. • Strengthen CI/CD quality gates, including linting, security scanning (SAST/SCA), and test coverage checks, expanding coverage across pipelines while keeping builds fast and teams unblocked. • Build visibility into engineering health with quality dashboards that surface test coverage, failure rates, and deployment trends, paired with enhanced monitoring and alerting that helps teams catch issues before customers do. • Explore and embed AI-powered tooling across the engineering workflow, from intelligent test generation and AI-assisted code review to LLM-powered anomaly detection, making quality faster and smarter. • Streamline local development: faster environments, smoother onboarding, and automation that eliminates toil and keeps engineers moving. • Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS using Terraform, improving reliability and reducing manual operational burden. • Partner with teams across engineering to embed good quality practices through influence and enablement. • Evolve the platform over time toward more structured tooling: policy-as-code for architectural standards, API contract testing, spec validation, and lightweight self-service patterns, paced by what the team and the tooling have earned the right to build. • Participate in on-call rotations and support critical platform and infrastructure issues.

• Design and implement optical network infrastructure for large-scale environments • Define and maintain standards for fiber plant, cabling systems, and interconnects • Select and validate optical transceivers, cabling types, and connectivity solutions • Troubleshoot physical layer issues including signal loss, link instability, and hardware faults • Work with network engineering teams to ensure proper integration between optical and packet layers • Develop documentation and standards for structured cabling and optical deployment practices • Validate link budgets, power levels, and optical performance across deployments • Support data center builds, expansions, and migrations with a focus on physical layer reliability
