Job Requirements
- You have professional experience in customer support, retail, or a social field

- You have a quick grasp of new topics and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are empathetic, patient, and handle challenging customer situations professionally
- You are confident using digital tools such as MS Office
- You have strong communication skills in German; English is a plus
