• Present WBS CODING SCHOOL’s course offerings in a compelling and professional manner to prospective students • Provide tailored support to applicants throughout the application process, including information about our courses and available funding options • Engage with prospective students across all communication channels in a friendly and professional way • Conduct interviews as part of the application and selection process • Handle administrative tasks related to the prospective student journey • Observe and report on current developments (trends, bottlenecks, best practices, etc.) to the Admissions team and other departments
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to address the individual needs of applicants
- Open-minded, solution-oriented approach to admissions and student recruitment
- Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is a plus
- Genuine interest in the IT industry and new technologies
- Preferred: experience with CRM tools
- Broad knowledge of adult education and the tech industry
