Legal Operations Manager
NCC Group
• Help scale and modernize the legal function by designing and implementing efficient processes, supporting contract negotiations, and deploying legal technology. • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, Sales, and other business teams to ensure legal operations enable the business while managing risk and maintaining compliance. • Identify, evaluate, implement, and administer AI‑enabled and other legal technology tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across the legal function. • Act as a technical and operational partner to the General Counsel by configuring tools, managing implementations, and driving adoption. • Continuously assess and optimize legal workflows with a focus on automation, standardization, and measurable improvement. • Track and manage the lifecycle of commercial contract negotiations, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely execution. • Independently negotiate and manage Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using approved negotiation frameworks. • Design, implement, and maintain contract negotiation playbooks; support internal enablement and adoption. • Implement and oversee efficient processes for the execution of agreements. • Design and implement scalable processes supporting procurement, compliance, employment, and privacy initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across legal, technical, and business teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, particularly in emerging legal technologies and AI‑enabled tools.
- A bias for action and a continuous‑improvement mindset, with comfort testing, iterating, and refining processes.
- Working knowledge of legal technology tools and the ability to engage on a technical level with vendors and internal teams.
- Experience in legal operations, contracts management, or a related role (strongly preferred).
- Experience implementing or administering CLM systems, document management platforms, or AI‑assisted legal tools (nice to have).
- Familiarity with procurement, privacy, or compliance workflows in a growing or fast‑moving organization (nice to have).

Job Summary The Senior Vice President, Legal serves as the senior legal leader for the United States, Canada, and Mexico, providing strategic counsel and enterprise-level legal leadership across commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, real estate and corporate governance As part of the global Legal Function of the Segment this role operates as a trusted advisor to North American executive leadership, influencing business strategy, managing enterprise risk, and ensuring the organization operates with integrity and compliance across all jurisdictions.
