Are you detail-oriented and driven to deliver smooth customer experience? We're looking for a Rebates and Interconnection Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures utility and rebate processes move forward efficiently. In this role, you'll manage program requirements, resolve escalations, and support internal teams to meet key performance goals. Reporting to the Program Team Lead, you'll play a vital part in driving success for both our customers and the team. What you will do as a Rebates and Interconnection Processor - Monitor dashboards, automation tools, and pipelines to ensure timely task completion and SLA compliance. - Manage rebate reservations, payments, and interconnection approvals. - Prepare and submit required documents for utilities and incentive programs. - Act as a subject matter expert on interconnection and rebate requirements in assigned markets. - Coordinate with internal teams to address program needs and corrections. - Develop and maintain training materials, train new team members. - Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities. - Monitor program updates and risks; communicate changes to internal stakeholders. - Resolve escalations professionally and collaboratively. - Support new market research and assist with the process rollout. - Track pipeline metrics and analyze trends to drive solutions. - Review milestones to release payments to channel partners. - Complete additional tasks as needed.
