Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage the daily workflow and be the bridge between our internal teams and our partner institutions. Working closely with our Strategists, you will oversee contracted campaigns from kickoff to completion. Your proactive support will be essential to ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term retention. Essential Tasks - Production Schedule Management: Develop comprehensive production schedules and continually monitor progress against milestones. - Task Coordination: Input and follow up on all project related tasks in for internal team leads following the project schedule. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and internal teams. Provide regular updates, maintain all pending items and ensure feedback is received and executed correctly. - Quality Control: Review all projects before passing to a client to ensure it meets the project goals, client expectations, and are error free. - Budget Oversight: Review digital marketing plans to ensure they are spending accurately and are within budget. Request hour allocation and ensure all projects remain profitable.   - Meeting Facilitation: Maintain all meeting agendas (both internally and externally). Provide detailed note taking during all meetings for reference and follow up.  - Production Oversight: Manage communications and relationships with vendors on any physical deliverables. Route proofs and edits between the Spark451 team and the vendor. - Other duties as assigned   Preferred Skills and Experience - 2+ years of relevant professional experience (Higher Education adjacent background preferred). - Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint. - Expert interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional rapport across various stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion while working with a high level of autonomy. - A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to execute tasks independently to meet deadlines. - Self-motivated learner with the drive to take initiative and master new processes quickly. The pay range for this position is $50,000-55,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
