Role Description SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support, and Financial Analysis support. SDG is hiring for a part-time Principal Advisor in support of U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). This is a remote position. - Provide subject matter expertise on a part-time basis to SSP in the areas of Military Construction (MILCON) and Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) contract guidance and interpretation. - Support SSP with Subject Matter Expertise on construction contract planning, writing, and execution. - Advise clients in the development of requirements for and the administration of contracts both pre and post award. - This is a remote position which may require some travel. Qualifications - Active SECRET Clearance. - Master's Degree in Government Contract Management and Administration. - 15+ years of contracts experience working with OPNAV, CNIC, and/or NAVFAC requirements, policies, and procedures. - Senior Leadership experience at NAVFAC.
