Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft data tools (Fabric, Synapse, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management

About the role - As a Bodily Injury Liability Team Lead at Reserv, you will be a working leader providing support to a claims manager with leadership and claim technical responsibilities. Leadership responsibilities will include overseeing work done within the Commercial Transportation Claims adjusting staff.
