Key Responsibilities: Principal Technologist - Anthropic Anthropic Platforms - Deep knowledge of Claude.ai tiers (Pro/Team/Enterprise), Claude API, and Claude Code — including when to use Opus, Sonnet, or Haiku - Proficiency in prompt engineering (chain-of-thought, role prompting, XML structuring, few-shot examples) and enterprise system prompt design - Experience integrating Claude via API into business workflows, including MCP server integrations and multi-modal/document input handling - Understanding of Anthropic's constitutional AI approach, responsible use principles, data privacy posture, and enterprise security controls - Ability to identify and recommend Claude use cases across business functions (HR, legal, finance, IT) and conduct AI augmentation workflow analysis - Work with partner teams to understand capabiltiies roadmaps, relevant integration points and internal enablement - Integration & Technical Skills - Experience integrating Claude via API into business workflows or internal tools - Ability to build or advise on MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations - Familiarity with Claude's document, PDF, and multi-modal input handling - Understanding of system prompt design for enterprise deployments - Ability to evaluate and recommend Claude use cases across business functions (HR, legal, finance, IT, operations) - Create and socialize summary documentation for leadership of new and emerging platform capabiltiies and impact to the business, internal usage, and client facing solutions Enablement & Evangelism - Work closely with AI Governance Council, internal IT and CISO offices to understand and implement guardrails for acceptable use and enablement - Ability to develop and deliver training materials, demos, and lunch-and-learns - Experience conducting workflow analysis to identify AI augmentation opportunities - Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences - Able to liaise with Anthropic account teams and stay current on product releases - Familiarity with responsible AI use policies and ability to reinforce guardrails in practice - Design, blueprint, work with Central IT to support lab environments for team members - Engage in strategic go to market activities, including public speaking, blog posts, podcasts and social media posts highlighting the company's capabilities You will be successful in this role if you have: Preferred Background - BA/BS degree and/or relevant experience - Prior experience with LLMs, AI platform tools, software development, prompt engineering in an Enterprise setting - Exceptional written communication skills This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. The "Programme Innovation Lab" (referred to as the Lab) is led by the Digital Technology Programmes Specialist, and is part of GOAL’s Programme Technical Team (PTT) with team members based in various countries around the world. This specific role is managed through the GOAL Honduras country office alongside key Lab staff also based in Honduras. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION The main objective of the Technology and Information Management Intern is to provide practical support to the Lab by helping build and organise a central management system in Monday.com. This includes supporting the set-up of boards/databases, dashboards, and simple workflow automations to help the Lab track tasks, projects, and agreed indicators, organise key information, and improve visibility of work across the portfolio, under the guidance of the supervisor. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS - Support the set-up and organisation of the Lab’s Monday.com workspace, including creating boards/databases, fields, and simple templates as agreed with the supervisor. - Support the development of dashboards and reporting views to help track basic progress across tasks and projects (for example status, timelines, owners, and key milestones). - Support the configuration of simple workflow automations (for example reminders, notifications, and status updates) to reduce manual follow-up. - Support the organisation of a structured events and external engagement calendar within Monday.com, including key dates and basic information. - Support the creation and maintenance of searchable lists or repositories in Monday.com for Lab innovations and key Lab products (for example presentations, briefs, case studies, and communication assets), using consistent naming and tagging. - Support documentation of the Monday.com system by preparing simple user guidance (quick notes, screenshots, and basic “how-to” instructions) for non-technical users. - Support basic troubleshooting and improvements based on feedback from Lab colleagues, under supervision.
