Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Medical Economics Data Analyst to join our Finance team! The Senior Medical Economics Data Analyst is responsible for performing analysis on rate trends, developing insights into key financial drivers, and communicating findings to various stakeholders. - Develop and implement payer analytics and economics strategies around provider rates. - Analyze behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data and rates using a variety of data sources and programs including but not limited to Excel, SQL, Access, etc. - Utilize industry trends and Medicaid fee schedules and data concepts to drive decision-making. - Prepare presentations and other collateral materials to support rate initiatives. - Participate in rates process improvement projects. - Provide technical training and support to team members. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR - Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR - Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR - Equivalent combination of education/experience. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must reside within North Carolina. - Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Requirements - Two (2) years or more experience in Managed Care industry. • Support the development of evaluation plans, data collection tools, abstraction tool/coding, analysis, and draft reports on evaluation data • The Quantitative Data Analyst will work with a team to develop quantitative data collection tools, coordinate data collection, and conduct an analysis of the quantitative data • The suite of data collection tools developed for may include 1) an abstraction template/coding for analyzing information from existing sources, 2) survey with closed-ended and open-ended questions, and 3) focus group and/or interview/question guides with open-ended questions, probes, and structured response questions for obtaining information • Provide consultation based on data analysis and findings to support the project as needed • Develop data dissemination resources, including presentation slides and development of informational webinars • In addition, provide programmatic support and coordination to include communication and collaboration with CDC staff and external grantees • Have extensive experience in development of quantitative data collection tools, codebook development, data cleaning, and techniques for the purposes of process and outcome evaluations • Support meeting logistics, agenda development and note-taking • Collaborate with contract program manager to develop a project work plan and be responsible for timely completion of deliverables to meet the needs of the funder and program manager

• Analyze large datasets across CRM, media, and digital platforms to uncover actionable insights • Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs (acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion) • Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders • Support segmentation strategies (e.g., lifecycle, behavioral, RFM models) • Analyze consumer journeys across channels such as WhatsApp, email, and web • Identify opportunities for personalization and next-best-action strategies • Measure performance of CRM and digital marketing campaigns • Conduct A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization • Collaborate with media teams to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI • Work closely with data engineering and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Support integration of multiple data sources (CDPs, CRM platforms, media platforms) • Ensure proper data governance and compliance with privacy regulations • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support business objectives • Present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as loyalty programs and digital transformation projects

Our projects are at the forefront of efforts to investigate and document human rights abuses, war crimes, harms targeting women and minorities, and influence operations. Whether you're currently working in the private sector, law enforcement, journalism, or national security, we want to hear from you.  Role details  The role:  The OSINT Analyst – Open-Source Data Collection and Evidence Archiving (Ukraine) will work in a team dedicated to investigating war crimes and human rights abuses associated with the conflict in Ukraine. They will focus on systematic collection, verification, and archiving of open-source material related to the war in Ukraine. The analyst will contribute to and maintain structured evidence datasets drawn from social media, messaging platforms, and other open sources, supporting large‑scale databases that underpin investigations, reporting, and public-facing mapping products.    Contract Type: Contractor  Contract duration: Until 31 March 2027. Immediate start available.  Hours needed for this role:  Full time.  Languages: You must be able to speak and write English. Ukrainian and/or Russian language proficiency desirable.  Location: Remote.
