Site Reliability Engineer (Remote)

We build innovative fintech so people can #TradeForMore with Libertex. Job Overview  We’re looking for a hands-on SRE to ensure our platforms remain fast, reliable, and secure. You’ll manage production incidents, automate delivery pipelines, and collaborate with development, QA, and trading operations teams. The role involves supporting and running services across Linux and Windows Server environments with confidence. Responsibilities - Ensure production reliability: monitor services, handle on-call incidents, lead post-mortems, and drive root-cause fixes; define and track SLOs. - Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure and Windows Server environments, including security best practices and automation. - Manage Kubernetes/Docker platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC to support stable, low-risk releases. - Own observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and database administration (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB). - Support and maintain trading platforms (MT4/MT5) with a focus on performance and availability. - Collaborate with teams, unblock issues, and maintain clear documentation and runbooks.

Job Requirements

  • Must-have:
  • 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in production.
  • Strong Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration skills.
  • Solid AWS experience (EC2, RDS).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Git-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD).
  • Database administration (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools (Grafana/Prometheus, ELK, Zabbix, GitLab CI/Jenkins).
  • English B1+ (written and spoken).
  • Nice to have:
  • Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, Go, PowerShell).
  • Strong database performance tuning or DBA background.
  • Experience with ClickHouse and advanced Kubernetes practices.
  • IaC experience (Terraform/Terragrunt) and broader AWS services.
  • Familiarity with Vault, Cloudflare, and MT4/MT5 platforms.
