What We Offer - Competitive Pay: $50–$85/hr - Begin as a part-time employee, with the potential to transition to full-time after 90 days - This is a fully remote position. - The cost of obtaining licensure for the states the company operates in will be reimbursed. - Benefits such as, Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and holiday pay are available after the 90 day probationary period. - No Non-Compete / No Set Caseloads. Essential Job Functions - Supervising RBTs/technicians via telehealth. - Plans, designs, and implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs). - Communicates effectively with a wide range of audiences. - Conveys findings and conclusions of work orally, in writing, visually, in presentations, and by developing graphical representations of the behavioral data, as appropriate to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including technical and nontechnical staff, stakeholders, and other members of the client's treatment team. - Provides collaborative insight, evidence-based suggestions, and clinical decision making skills when collaborating with outside service providers to further develop behavior intervention plans (BIP). - Culturally responsive. - Accesses ongoing training and professional development to maintain familiarity with current industry and academic research to apply the latest and most useful evidence-based intervention; in an effort to bring about a positive change. Requirements - An active BCBA certification is mandatory. - At least 1 year of experience applying supervising BTs/RBTs. - An Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities: - Investigate assigned alerts and transactions following defined SOP’s. - Detect and report suspicious behaviour or irregularities in customer actions. - Handle straightforward and moderately complex cases with minimal supervision. - Flag and escalate unclear or high-risk cases to Senior Analysts or Team Leads. - Document investigation steps and maintain high-quality audit trails. - Contribute to identifying recurring fraud types or process inefficiencies. - Suggest minor updates to SOP’s or workflows based on observed patterns. - Participate in knowledge-sharing and team huddles to align on fraud trends. Skills & Traits: - Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition. - Ability to follow structured procedures with accuracy. - Clear written communication for documentation and internal notes. - Openness to feedback and eagerness to improve. - Early-stage analytical thinking and root cause curiosity. - Responsible handling of sensitive information. Minimum Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in fraud detection, customer support, payments, risk, or similar roles. - Strong command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus). - Good understanding of online transactions, digital platforms, or financial products. - Comfort working with data, fraud tools, Microsoft Office and internal case management systems. - Ability to work under pressure and make fast, accurate decisions. - Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts as needed (especially in 24/7 environments).
