• Design and animate video assets, motion graphics, transitions, characters, and storytelling elements • Create looping animations, expressive scenes, and narrative-driven sequences • Collaborate with template designers to ensure assets integrate seamlessly into user workflows • Work with product teams to understand new motion features and build assets that demonstrate them • Maintain high levels of craft while producing content at scalable volume • Participate in creative reviews, asset planning, and experimentation cycles • Stay up-to-date with animation trends, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques
