• Own the full lifecycle of BI solutions - from gathering requirements to deployment and support • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Care, Legal, Site Planning, Trade Compliance, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions • Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using data from SQL Server, Salesforce, and other sources • Develop both operational and analytical reporting (e.g. sales performance, customer insights, compliance metrics, logistics data) • Design and maintain robust data models using fact and dimension structures, and contribute to data warehouse enhancements and optimization initiatives • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating datasets, investigating discrepancies, and working with data engineering teams to resolve data issues • Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspace configuration, access management, and scheduled data refreshes • Provide end-user support through training sessions, documentation, and ongoing guidance to improve BI adoption and self-service capabilities • Handle incoming BI requests in a structured, fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, and data visualization
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M)
- Advanced SQL skills (T-SQL), including query optimization and stored procedures
- Experience validating KPIs and ensuring data accuracy across source systems
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI architecture
- Familiarity with Medallion architecture and data mesh principles
- Experience working with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Salesforce, and APIs
- Exposure to Azure data platforms is a strong advantage

The Business Intelligence Lead operates with a high level of autonomy, guiding business intelligence products from concept through delivery.
