As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our core security, AI, and data integration capabilities—owning the product strategy and execution for solutions that solve real cybersecurity challenges while aligning with evolving regulations (SAMA, NCA, ISO). You will operate at the intersection of security innovation, data engineering, and AI productization, working closely with engineering, compliance, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role is for someone who thrives in high-impact, fast-moving environments—where your work directly shapes the product and the company. ️ What You’ll Do 🧭 Product Ownership - Own the full lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, delivery, and iteration - Drive the roadmap through customer insights, market research, and internal collaboration 📊 Prioritization & Decision Making - Use data, logic, and business sense to prioritize effectively (RICE mindset) - Define and track KPIs across adoption, performance, compliance, and customer value ⚡ Execution & Delivery - Extract true MVPs and iterate quickly - Write clear, concise requirements—focused on outcomes, not unnecessary complexity - Validate requirements closely with engineering, AI, data, and compliance teams 🧪 Product Discovery & Validation - Create quick wireframes and prototypes to test ideas early - Engage real users before committing to full development 🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead collaboration across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams - Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product adoption and positioning 🔐 Secure-by-Design Thinking - Ensure alignment with frameworks such as SAMA, NCA ECC, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR - Deliver features that are secure, compliant, and resilient by design
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS cybersecurity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SOC, engineers, data scientists, and compliance experts
- Deep understanding of data integrations, log sources, APIs, and security platforms (SIEM, XDR, EDR, threat intel feeds)
- Experience managing agile teams and launching scalable SaaS products
- Experience with JIRA, AI & AI Prototyping tools, product analytics
- Master Communicator: You are not only fluent in English, but also a "native speaker" of clear, simple language. You can use AI to polish your thoughts, but the logic is 100% yours. You value interpretability over "fancy" terminology
- Cybersecurity Native: You don't just know the jargon; you understand how cybersecurity works
- Excellent analytical skills, to be able to properly measure and respond to product metrics
- Stakeholder management skills: You are results oriented and you know how to motivate cross-teams to support product growth
- Rapid decision making: You don’t hide issues under the rug, instead you proactively communicate what you need and from whom to move forward when blocked.

- Working experience with SIEM, XDR and MDR solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with log parsing, API management, or integration platforms
- Knowledge of data lakes, real-time analytics, or AI/ML frameworks in a security context
- Familiarity with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC/ICRM, and GCC regulatory compliance requirements
