What You'll Do: Under the guidance of a regional Director a Falcon Complete Senior Manager is expected to: - Provide supervision, guidance, mentorship whilst maintaining oversight of security operations teams led by managers who report to you. - Manage additional personnel, including individual contributors delivering security operation services, or projects and initiatives. - Manage service delivery outcomes of all direct reports against strategic goals for Falcon Complete and Crowdstrike, under guidance of Falcon Complete leadership. - Delegate, but oversee and maintain accountability for the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives under guidance of Falcon Complete Leadership. - Track and monitor operational activity, incidents and reporting for trending, planning, opportunities and situational awareness to assist in managing risk and achieving strategic goals. - Communicate with influence to your leadership, peers and direct reports and relevant stakeholders through all mediums including presentations and documentation, ensuring alignment with current business objectives, initiatives and risks whilst navigating concerns of competing priorities. - Seek and escalate operational and strategic risk with recommendations of actions to the Falcon Complete Director. - Seek opportunities to lead on overseeing improvements and initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery outcomes. - Serve as a senior advocate across internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure customer and staff issues are resolved as well as identifying and managing broader risks. - Under guidance from the Director, undertake longer-term strategy planning including planning and supporting expansion efforts, looking for efficiencies in scalability while escalating execution risks. - Support the development and execution of market engagement strategies under guidance from your Director, whilst developing and maintaining partnership with relevant business stakeholders to meet relevant market focused strategic goals. What You'll Need: - Leading operational teams: experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a related operational service delivery environment. Including the coaching and development of managers, along with career and progress planning. - Leading major Incidents: experience managing risk through guiding and coordinating incident response for organisations from targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organised Crime, and Hacktivists. - Proven record of leading capability development programs and projects with clear business alignment - Ability to handle high pressure situations and associated decision making in a productive and professional manner. - Clear evidence of resilience in a leadership role in an operational environment that requires relentless persistence to counter threats - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including communicating with influence to executive audiences - Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with a wide peer network. - The ability to translate technical information into a business context and to demonstrate adaptability when communicating at all levels in an organisation. - Strong leadership skills with self awareness and clear strategic perspective Bonus Points: - Customer/managed service delivery experience against operational objectives and SLAs. - Experience in developing or improving service or management information reporting and metrics. - Knowledge of broader cyber security and information technology including, but not limited to cyber risk management / threat response/understanding of information and operational risks for organisations of all types. Education and Qualifications: - Your experience is what matters to us the most for this role. - A degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Security, or other related fields is highly relevant.
