Description We are seeking a Product / Data Analyst to support the “Next Best Action” initiative. This role focuses on interpreting complex data, including outputs from data science models and LLMs, to understand how system decisions impact business outcomes and to optimize lead‑flow processes. This is a highly analytical, business‑focused role. While dashboards and visuals may be involved, the primary responsibility is data interpretation, decision analysis, and optimization, rather than heavy visualization or engineering work. Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Business Impact - Interpret complex datasets to understand how system and model‑driven decisions impact business outcomes - Tie “next best action” recommendations to measurable KPIs such as conversion, funnel progression, or efficiency - Identify opportunities to optimize lead flow logic and decision rules to improve outcomes Data Exploration & Analysis - Dig through reports and datasets to extract relevant data into Excel or Google Sheets for analysis - Develop a deep understanding of available data sources, reporting tools, and data limitations - Validate assumptions and investigate anomalies in system‑driven decisions Product & Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner closely with a Product Manager to help define requirements and success criteria - Collaborate on Proof of Concepts (POCs), including stitching or combining data across sources - Help document metrics, logic, and data definitions to support shared understanding and consistency Enablement & Communication - Communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Support UX and design partners by providing data context for dashboards and reporting experiences Team Environment: - Works closely with a Product Manager - Partners with a UX designer for visualization and dashboard presentation needs Must Haves: - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets - Strong data literacy and ability to reason about data quality, logic, and impact - Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations - Extensive experience analyzing data to inform business or product decisions - Comfort working with reports, metrics, and exploratory analysis Nice to Have: - Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (analysis and interpretation focused) - Ability to present insights differently depending on audience (executive vs operational) - Exposure to data‑science‑driven or rules‑based decisioning systems - Familiarity with experimentation, optimization, or funnel analysis Notes on the position: - This posting is for an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: - Lead and maintain an effective training and development program, providing coaching and mentorship to elevate team proficiency and support growth of direct reports. - Collaborate with the Boise YA team and the OMT remote team to receive tasks and facilitate a Passdown post analysis. - Proficient in Module based DA, PTO Analysis and Reg E analysis. - Track probe yield performance and trends to identify, characterize, and explain gaps between target and actual yields. - Perform advanced data analysis to quantify yield issues and generate accurate yield paretos that guide fab priorities and improvement efforts. - Apply statistical and data-mining techniques to identify root causes and uncover opportunities for sustainable yield improvement. - Collaborate closely with FA, EFA, and PFA teams to correlate electrical signals, probe signatures, and physical findings into actionable insights for process teams. - Partner with module, inline monitoring, and global teams to implement, monitor, and standardize yield fixes, leveraging strong semiconductor process, defect, and metrology knowledge. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physical Science (Physics) or 5+ years of semiconductor experience. - 5+ years experience as a Yield Analysis engineer in DRAM manufacturing (HVM environment), semiconductor physics and understanding of transistor operations, scaling limitations and reliability; basic knowledge of CMOS circuits and characterization methods. - 2+ experience using at least one software (JMP, Python...etc) Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. - DRAM experience - 7+ years experience of Yield Analysis in DRAM along with module ownership (HVM preferred), semiconductor physics and understanding of transistor operations, scaling limitations and reliability; basic knowledge of CMOS circuits and characterization methods.
