Senior IT Systems Administrator

Circle

• Maintaining and improving core enterprise SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Kandji, Workspace ONE). • Providing comprehensive end-user support for all remote workers worldwide. • Managing a fully remote fleet of laptops and maintaining accurate IT asset inventory. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Supporting existing full Apple macOS environment and expanding support to Windows in an enterprise setting. • Providing "white glove" support to the executive leadership team. • Implementing automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure. • Leading the IT response in the areas of IT Incident, Response, and Problems for user tickets. • Providing L1/L2 support as part of the IT Support Team. • Leveraging data/metrics to improve KPI’s for compliance. • Collaborating with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature ITIL processes.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience administering and supporting core enterprise SaaS and IT systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Kandji, Workspace ONE) in a fully remote environment.
  • 4+ years of supporting a fully remote, Apple macOS environment with a familiarity or desire to learn Windows in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system, e.g. Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Understand mobile device management (MDM) with experience in Kandji for corporate macOS devices, and WorkspaceOne for mobile phones (iPhone/Android).
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and operational ownership, with a desire to continuously learn, proactively identify gaps, and contribute feedback to improve IT processes and user experience.
  • Familiarity with working within ITIL framework.
  • Operate in a Highly Secure, Regulated environment with an acute attention to detail.
  • Experience working with and providing remote white glove support to C-Level executives to resolve IT issues.
