Support Services Manager
Monogram Health
• The Support Services Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Monogram Health has the most up-to-date clinical data for our member census and allows for accurate, evidence-based care and quality management. • They will report to the Director of Clinical Integration and will be charged with leading a growing team of clinical support services personnel. • Leadership, day-to-day management, feedback, and professional development of support services teams. • Driving high performance and prioritizing work using reporting, dashboards, and data analytics • Responsible for ensuring clinical support team members update patient records accurately and consistently utilizing standard processes • Generating and managing reports, dashboards, and data analytics related to patient information • Lead or participate in special projects • Create a work environment that fosters professional development for employees and encourages empathy and compassion toward patient care
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience in health administration or operations management preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years in the healthcare industry which includes three (3) years of previous leadership experience
- Experience managing a team of remote employees
- Experience in value-based healthcare system preferred
- Ability to coach, develop, and lead teams
- Technology proficient with the ability to quickly learn and use a variety of EMR and reporting platforms
- High comfort level with the change, ambiguity, and fast pace typically experienced in a startup environment
- Service-mindset for Monogram patients and team members
