Project Manager
GTT
• Own the delivery of multiple customer projects simultaneously, based on size and complexity • Act as the single point of contact for all project deliverables and communications • Set up and manage virtual project teams across internal functions and third-party partners • Lead regular internal and customer-facing project meetings and status reporting • Build and maintain project documentation, including scope, timelines, risks, and success criteria • Track progress, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure adherence to GTT project methodology, quality standards, and change control processes • Support continuous improvement through feedback and process enhancement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination or project management experience in telecommunications or a PMO environment
- Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, or equivalent) are nice to have
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and external suppliers
