To support our continued growth, we have completely modernized our business with technology and processes more akin to a SaaS company than a CPA firm. In response to this growth, we are seeking a Client Operations Onboarding Manager to lead our client onboarding specialists, driving quality, consistency, and scalability across the client onboarding experience for both net new and acquisition clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing a small team of direct reports, in process and workflow management, service agreement and billing accuracy, team leadership and coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and operational problem-solving in fast-paced environments. To do this well, you’ll need to have 2 years management experience, be hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance execution and leadership in a high-volume environment.
